STITCH presented the MSE Technical Guidance at the UN RBHR Forum 2025
At the UN RBHR Forum 2025, STITCH co-hosted a session with Inno Community Development Organisation, exploring practical solutions to include local remedies in garment supply chains.
The session highlighted examples of how stakeholder engagement can move beyond theory. Femke Blickman (Fair Wear Foundation) presented our new Technical Guidance on Meaningful Stakeholder Engagement, and Alok Singh (Ethical Trading Initiative) shared insights on the Tiruppur Stakeholder Forum, a locally led platform bridging diverse stakeholders.
Dee Lee and Ice Huang (Inno Community Development Organisation) discussed working directly with vulnerable communities and the challenges of achieving genuine engagement, joined by Dimitri Kessler (Economic Rights Institute) who emphasised the importance of worker involvement in monitoring.
The session was moderated by Alexander Kohnstamm, Chair of STITCH Partnership, and sparked thoughtful discussion with participants.
A big thank you to everyone who joined and contributed to making this such a rich exchange of ideas!
